Age 87, of Shaler Twp., formerly of Mount Washington, peacefully passed into Heaven on Friday, March 4, 2022. Beloved wife of the late William "Obie" Oberst; loving mother of Robert and William Rinaman; loving stepmother of William(Margaret), David (Linda), Steven (Sheonia), Chris (Roxanne) and Lisa Oberst; dear grandmother of Robbie, Ricky, Billy, Julie, Erin, Angela, Daniel, Cassidy, Eryn, Kerry, Christian, Liam, Tyler, Aaliyah, Carson, Troy and Stevie; dear great-grandmother of Everly May, Adelyn Sage, Charlie and Jules; dear sister of the late Harold (Jackie) Ferguson; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the HUGHES FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1501 Lowrie Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212-Troy Hill, where a Blessing Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Shirley was a proud graduate of South Hills High School. She will be remembered and deeply missed for being a caring and loving Wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend.
