Age 71, of North Side, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022. Beloved son of the late Raphael O. and Nancy A. Walton; loving brother of Mary Alston, James (Salina) Walton, Daniel (Fran) Walton, Sarah Walton and the late Gregory (Lori surviving) Walton Sr. and Kimberly Walton; uncle of the late Latasha Walton. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the HUGHES FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1501 Lowrie Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212-Troy Hill. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, in St. Anthony Chapel-Most Holy Name Parish- Troy Hill. In his earlier years Raphael was a Methodist Minister. Most recently Raphael was a devout Catholic who would attend Mass daily. He was a member of the Men's Emmaus group, a Benedictine Oblate, and sang in the Choir at Christ Our Savior Parish.
