Age 90, of Troy Hill, on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Russell; loving mother of Susan M. (Barnes) Silbernagel; dear sister of Regis (Jean) Wolf and the late Paul Wolf Jr. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 10 to 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Chapel- Most Holy Name Parish. 1700 Harpster Street, Pgh., PA 15212- Troy Hill; where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday June 8, 2021 at 11 a.m.  Fran was a long time, dedicated member and past President  of the Christian Mothers of Most Holy Name Parish.
