Charlene J. "Char" (Cizek) Bailey, age 79, of Ross Twp., on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Raymond "Bill" Bailey; loving companion of Raymond Austin; loving mother of Duane (Valerie) Bailey, Tammy (Dave) Rector, and Chery (Brian) Hardwick; dear grandmother of Ryan, Alisha, Charise, Logan, and Jordyn; dear sister of Chuck Cizek and the late Carol Zotter and Gail Banaszak; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family to receive friends from 2:00 to 7:00 PM THURSDAY ONLY at the Hughes Funeral Home, INC., 1501 Lowrie St., Pgh., PA 15212- Troy Hill. Funeral Service will be held privately. Char was a previous owner of Team Laminates who was a very strong-willed, independent, and hard-working woman who loved her children more than anything. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
