Caroline S. (Cunic) Golovich

Caroline S. (Cunic) Golovich, Age 98, of Glenshaw, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2020 with her daughter by her side. Caroline was born on April 5, 1921 to Stephen and Anna Pukanic and was preceded in death by her four brothers (Stephen, George, Frank and Michael), two sisters (Barbara and Mary), and former husband in life, John A. Cunic, and her late in life husband, Frank Golovich. Beloved mother of Carol Ann Cunic (Thomas) Primola; dear grandmother of Thomas Primola (Nicole Lewkowicz) and Joseph Primola (Allie Winter). Caroline is also survived by her many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and sister-in-law Agnes Trpcic. Caroline was a loving, caring, spiritual woman. She was an active member for many years of the Christian Mothers Organization at All Saints Church in Etna. She was known for her heart of gold and kindness, always making everyone she encountered feel welcomed and loved. She was accepting to everyone and judged no one. In her later years she served as an Ombudsman Peer Patient Representative at North Hills Manor Care. During her residency at Manor Care her door was always open to her friends and fellow residents. In lieu of flowers donations in her name can be made to All saints Church, 19 Wilson St., Pgh., PA 15223, the Humane Animal Rescue 1101 Western Ave., Pgh., PA 15233, or Animal Friends 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pgh., PA 15237. Due to the recent State Regulations services for her will be held privately. Caroline will be laid to rest with her former husband, John A. Cunic, in St Nicholas Cemetery, Reserve Twp.
