Anthony A. "Butch" Hosek

Age 83, of Reserve Twp., died peacefully on Sunday June 4, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Louise "Bunny" Hosek and blessed with children Jeff (Kathy), Dianne (John), Mary Lou (John), Karen (Gus), dear grandfather of Tim, Nick, Kirsten, Chelsea, Jena, Chad, Lauren, Marcus, Brooke, Brandi, Chelsea, and Jordan; and seven great-grandchildren. Important in his life was brother-in-law, Jerry (Stella); special nieces, Nina and Nettie; nephews and wonderful friends.  Family to receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. TUESDAY ONLY at the HUGHES FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1501 Lowrie Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212-Troy Hill. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in Most Holy Name Church-Troy Hill. Butch was an Usher at Most Holy Name Church and a member of Silver Sneakers at Sarah Heinz House. He was an outstanding football player, athlete and outdoorsman.
